I’m currently partnering with a fast-paced, internationally recognised FMCG business to recruit a CRM Administrator into their commercial operations team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in systems, data and process-driven environments and wants to play a key role in supporting a high-performing sales organisation. Sitting at the heart of the commercial function, this role will focus on maintaining and optimising Salesforce, supporting reporting and dashboards, improving data quality, and helping teams maximise CRM usage across the business. If you enjoy bringing structure to fast-moving environments, spotting opportunities for process improvement, and turning data into actionable insight — this could be a fantastic next step.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and maintaining Salesforce CRM data and processes
- Supporting reporting, dashboards and commercial analysis
- Ensuring strong data integrity and system accuracy
- Supporting sales teams with CRM queries, training and adoption
- Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and efficiencies
- Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations
- Assisting with forecasting, pipeline tracking and business reporting
What we’re looking for:
- Previous CRM administration or Salesforce experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident working with reporting and data analysis
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
- Strong Excel skills and general systems confidence
- FMCG or fast-paced commercial environment experience is advantageous
