We’re looking for a commercially astute and relationship-led National Account Manager to support and grow the partnership with the Tesco Group – the UK’s largest grocery retailer. Reporting to the Account Controller, this role offers broad exposure across sales, category and marketing, with the opportunity to own P&L responsibility and deliver genuine impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the Drinks portfolio within the Tesco Group, supporting promotional execution and driving day-to-day performance.
- Lead growth within the category using insight and creative commercial planning.
- Provide weekly sales and performance reporting, stepping in to support the Tesco Account Controller when required.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with Tesco stakeholders across commercial and operational functions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal A&P spend.
- Take ownership of volume and value targets, delivering sustainable and profitable growth.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in account management within the FMCG sector, either in Grocery or wider Off Trade.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills – comfortable using data to generate commercial insights.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and solutions-oriented – thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
