National Account Manager – B&M (12-Month FTC)
Remote – 1 day per month in London HQ
Up to ÂŁ72,000 + car allowance + benefits
We’re supporting a leading branded food manufacturer in the search for a Business Account Manager to take full ownership of their B&M account, valued at £25m P&L. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering full remote flexibility with just one day a month in the London head office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, well-known business and play a key role in managing one of their most strategically important discounter accounts. You’ll also have line management responsibility for one direct report, helping to drive performance and capability within the channel.
Strong brands, heaps of innovation, management of an NAE/JNAM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full P&L responsibility for the B&M account
- Lead and execute JBPs, promotional strategy, pricing, and forecasting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at B&M
- Drive volume, value, and share growth in line with brand objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with category, supply chain, marketing, and commercial finance
- Provide coaching and leadership to a direct report within the team
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to optimise ROI and trade investment
What we’re looking for:
- Strong NAM or BAM experience within FMCG, ideally managing B&M or other discounter accounts
- Proven track record of P&L ownership and commercial delivery
- Experience managing or mentoring others
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised and able to work at pace in a fast-moving environment
- Confident working autonomously in a hybrid/remote structure
