This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven National Account Manager to make an impact in a £50M wholesale channel, working with key accounts such as Bestway Retail, Bestway Wholesale Online, and other wholesale partners.
As National Account Manager, you will:
- Develop and deliver strategic account and channel plans that align with customer, category, and brand objectives.
- Take full P&L responsibility for your portfolio, covering Bestway and Other Wholesale.
- Plan and implement promotional strategies to drive sales growth.
- Lead trading term agreements and negotiate key commercial terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Head Office stakeholders.
- Manage volume forecasting and reporting using Sales Planner.
- Track and report on budgeted initiatives to ensure optimal performance.
Essential:
- Experience in a customer-facing role within FMCG.
- Background in convenience retail or wholesale.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Commercially astute with problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail.
Desirable:
- Experience working with convenience customers such as Bestway or Costco.
- Experience in impulse-led categories.
- Background in branded FMCG rather than private label.
