National Account Executive – Grocery
North London – hybrid (4 days per week in office)
Circa ÂŁ40,000 + benefits
We’re exclusively partnering with Lotus Bakeries on a major commercial growth project, supporting ten hires across National Account Management and Category Management. With a portfolio that includes Lotus Biscoff, TREK, Nakd, Peter’s Yard and BEAR, this investment reflects a clear commitment to accelerating performance across some of the most recognisable and high growth brands in the category.
This is a brilliant step-up role for someone who wants more exposure to Top 4 grocery accounts, and to be closer to the numbers, the customer conversations, and the wider commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support National Account Managers on key grocery customers, with particular focus on a major Top 4 account
- Help grow and upsell within existing customers, spotting opportunities across the range
- Manage day-to-day customer admin: new line set-up, EPOS pulls, invoice tracking and promo set-up
- Analyse promotional activity and turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Support in building JBPs and annual customer plans
- Take responsibility for P&L and forecasting on a small portfolio of accounts, delivering value, volume and margin targets
- Work cross-functionally with category, supply chain and merchandising to drive in-store visibility and execution
What we’re looking for:
- You’re likely an existing NAE or sales executive looking for more ownership and exposure to Top 4 Grocery
- High level of numeracy, comfortable working with EPOS, Excel and promo analysis
- Resilient, determined, and happy to roll your sleeves up in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical and curious (you enjoy digging into the data to find a story!)
- Great relationship builder: personable, collaborative, and easy to work with for buyers and internal teams
- Someone who wants to learn, grow and be part of a close-knit, ambitious team
If the role and responsibilities sound like a good fit for you, then I’d love to speak to you!
