I’m working with a fast-growing healthy snacking business with a portfolio of high-performing brands across UK Grocery. As they continue to scale their presence with the major retailers, we’re looking for an ambitious National Account Executive to support the grocery team and help bring their commercial plans to life.

This is a brilliant step-up role for someone who wants more exposure to Top 4 grocery accounts, and to be closer to the numbers, the customer conversations, and the wider commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support National Account Managers on key grocery customers, with particular focus on a major Top 4 account
  • Help grow and upsell within existing customers, spotting opportunities across the range
  • Manage day-to-day customer admin: new line set-up, EPOS pulls, invoice tracking and promo set-up
  • Analyse promotional activity and turn data into clear, actionable insights
  • Support in building JBPs and annual customer plans
  • Take responsibility for P&L and forecasting on a small portfolio of accounts, delivering value, volume and margin targets
  • Work cross-functionally with category, supply chain and merchandising to drive in-store visibility and execution

What we’re looking for:

  • You’re likely an existing NAE or sales executive looking for more ownership and exposure to Top 4 Grocery
  • High level of numeracy, comfortable working with EPOS, Excel and promo analysis
  • Resilient, determined, and happy to roll your sleeves up in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and curious (you enjoy digging into the data to find a story!)
  • Great relationship builder: personable, collaborative, and easy to work with for buyers and internal teams
  • Someone who wants to learn, grow and be part of a close-knit, ambitious team
