National Account Executive β eCommerce & Grocery
Remote (with 2 days/month in London)

We're working with a fast-moving, purpose-led food business that's growing across grocery, eCommerce and direct-to-consumer channels. As they scale one of the UK's most loved family brands, we're now looking for a National Account Executive to take ownership of a Β£1.5m portfolio with a primary focused on Ocado, quick commerce, and supporting the launch of a brand-new D2C app.
This is a fantastic step-up role for someone looking to grow their commercial career in a values-led business with real momentum. You'll be hands-on with managing account performance, promotions, and internal processes all while gaining exposure to Top 4 grocery, digital strategy, and new route-to-market thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day ownership of Ocado and qCommerce accounts
- Manage promotional plans, forecasting and performance tracking
- Support the launch of a new D2C app for one of the UK's most loved household brands
- Liaise with internal teams across marketing, supply and commercial finance
- Prepare internal reports and share insights that drive smarter decision-making
- Gain exposure to wider grocery and digital strategy through cross-functional projects
What we're looking for:
- Some previous experience in FMCG sales, eCommerce, or account support roles
- Confident with numbers, organised, and proactive
- A team player who's commercially curious and eager to learn
- Passion for brand-building, D2C, and innovation-led thinking
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and communicating across teams
- Someone who wants to grow with the role and the brand
