Key Responsibilities:


• Support the
Marketing VP
and leadership team with administrative and logistical operations across the region.


• Coordinate and deliver marketing agendas, team meetings, and follow-up actions.


• Manage contracts and approval processes, ensuring smooth collaboration between Marketing, Legal, and Finance.


• Create and track POs, ensuring vendors are paid efficiently and on time.


• Prepare and manage presentations, reports, and summaries using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.


• Coordinate internal marketing events – from venue booking and logistics to creative ideas and delivery.


• Provide hands-on support for marketing activations and campaigns where needed.


• Contribute ideas, streamline processes, and help drive operational excellence within the marketing function.

About You:


• Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented.


• Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.


• Great interpersonal skills – able to collaborate across multiple teams and cultures.


• Calm under pressure and capable of managing tight deadlines.


• Problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering results.


• Strong communication skills and confident using Microsoft Office tools.


• 2+ years\' experience in a marketing administration, operations, or commercial support role.
