This is a senior, commercial leadership role focused on building relevance, trust and long-term partnerships across the UK consumer product sector.
Key Responsibilities- Grow the UK client base with a clear focus on winning new logos and building long-term partnerships.
- Engage senior functional leaders across HR, sales, marketing, supply chain and leadership functions.
- Build and execute a structured outreach plan using calls, digital communication, LinkedIn, events and face-to-face engagement.
- Create and maintain a targeted list of priority consumer brands and senior stakeholders.
- Oversee and evolve the Consumer Talent Forum as part of a wider engagement approach.
- Build strategic partnerships that enhance credibility and commercial opportunity.
- Act as a senior representative of The Advocate Group within the UK consumer market.
- Work closely with the Managing Director to align engagement activity with growth and revenue objectives.
- Proven experience in senior-level client engagement, partnerships or business development within the UK market.
- Comfortable engaging a wide range of functional leaders, not limited to HR.
- Strong track record of winning new logos and developing accounts.
- Experience using events, forums or communities as part of a broader engagement strategy.
- Commercially focused, accountable and credible at senior level.
- Down to earth, clear in communication and confident in execution.
