The Trade Marketing Assistant Manager will support the planning and delivery of best‑in‑class retail media activity across key UK retail partners.

The Role
Develop and execute retail media plans across key retail customers.
Lead the planning and activation of retail media campaigns with major UK retailers and their media networks.
Collaborate with retailers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated retail media campaigns.
Manage retail media budgets and ensure investment is optimised to maximise ROI.
Evaluate retailer media opportunities and recommend the most effective solutions to meet brand objectives.
Monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve future activity.
Support the development of retail media best practices and planning processes.
Work closely with brand, sales, and e Commerce teams to align retail media activity with wider marketing objectives.
About You
Experience in trade marketing, retail media, or media planning.
Hands‑on experience planning retail media campaigns, ideally working directly with retailers or retailer media networks.
Strong understanding of the retail media landscape and omnichannel marketing.
Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets and analysing campaign performance.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across internal teams, retailers, and agency partners.
Proactive, organised, and confident managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Passionate about retail media and excited by the opportunity to influence how campaigns are planned and delivered.
