We’re now looking for a Supply Chain Project Execution Manager to join the EMEA Operations team. This role sits within the digitalisation function and will play a key role in executing projects that connect Monster’s physical supply chain with its digital ecosystem, ensuring systems and processes run efficiently across a complex partner network.

Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting execution of EDI integrations with supply chain partners including bottlers, co-packers and logistics providers
- Managing rollout of digital transactions with onboarding partners across the EMEA network
- Leading testing cycles and validation of system integrations, logging results and resolving issues prior to go-live
- Training internal SMEs on system processes and supporting them with troubleshooting and error handling
- Developing SOPs and documentation to support change management and operational handover
- Working with functional teams to map and document supply chain process flows
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and automate processes across the digital supply chain environment
- Championing effective use of internal systems and tools such as SAP, SharePoint and Winshuttle
Ultimately, this role helps ensure that Monster’s systems accurately reflect the physical movement of product across its global supply network.
What We’re Looking For
Key requirements include:
- Experience managing projects within supply chain or operations environments
- Exposure to SAP and EDI processes, with the ability to understand system transactions and integrations
- Strong project management and organisational skills, ideally within agile or structured project environments
- Ability to manage testing cycles and troubleshoot system or process issues
- Strong analytical and process improvement mindset
- Confident communicator able to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
