As the SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and optimising organic search strategies designed to drive visibility, enhance the customer journey, and support commercial growth across digital channels. The Role
- Own and lead the SEO strategy across a portfolio of established luxury brands.
- Develop and implement SEO initiatives that drive organic growth, increase visibility, and support wider business objectives.
- Partner closely with brand, media, ecommerce, technical, and agency teams to deliver integrated search strategies.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to localise and implement global initiatives within the local market.
- Optimise on-site content, including product and category pages, to maximise organic performance.
- Support technical SEO projects, including audits, site enhancements, and migration activities.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen search performance across both owned channels and key retail partnerships.
- Analyse search performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to uncover opportunities and inform future priorities.
- Explore and shape the approach to emerging search developments, including AI-driven discovery and generative search experiences.
- Work alongside agency partners to accelerate SEO performance and ensure best-practice implementation.
- Educate and influence stakeholders across the business, championing the role of SEO within the wider marketing and communications strategy.
About You
- 4+ years' experience in SEO, gained within a brand-side, agency, or blended environment.
- Strong understanding of both technical SEO and content optimisation principles.
- Experience managing SEO initiatives within complex organisations and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience using leading SEO tools, such as SEMrush, with exposure to emerging AI visibility platforms considered advantageous.
- Strong understanding of how SEO contributes to wider acquisition, engagement, and commercial objectives.
- Experience working cross-functionally with media, ecommerce, technical, and brand teams.
- A proactive and curious mindset, with a genuine interest in identifying new opportunities and driving innovation.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and external partners.
