The Role
This is a senior, future-focused HR Business Partner role, working closely with executive and senior leadership to shape and deliver people strategies that support long-term organisational success. The role has a strong emphasis on succession planning, talent management, and organisational development, ensuring the business is equipped with the capability, structure, and leadership required to achieve its global ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people and organisational strategy
- Lead succession planning and long-term workforce planning initiatives
- Design and embed talent management and development frameworks
- Support organisational design and development, including change and transformation programmes
- Identify current and future capability needs and influence leadership development priorities
- Provide insight and challenge through data, trends, and best practice
- Act as a trusted advisor on complex people and organisational matters
About You
- Proven experience operating as a strategic HR Business Partner or in a similar role
- Strong expertise in talent management, succession planning, and organisational development
- Comfortable influencing and challenging at senior leadership level
- Commercially astute, with the ability to translate business strategy into people strategy
- Confident, credible, and experienced in complex or matrix environments
