Are you an experienced National Account Manager with fluent Italian language skills and a passion for managing major retail accounts? We're partnering with a successful international retail manufacturing business to recruit an Italian Speaking National Account Manager to take ownership of one of their most strategic customers – Amazon. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation where you'll play a key role in driving sales, developing commercial strategies and building long-term partnerships.

As National Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the Amazon account across the Italian market, ensuring continued growth through strong commercial planning, relationship management and data-driven decision making. Working closely with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability.

  • Manage and develop the Amazon account for the Italian market.
  • Deliver sales growth through effective account planning and commercial strategy.
  • Lead annual negotiations, promotional planning and joint business plans.
  • Analyse sales performance, market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Forecast sales and manage budgets accurately.
  • Monitor competitor activity and recommend commercial initiatives to maintain market share.

Fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken) - essential. Proven experience managing national retail or e-commerce accounts. Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills. Confident analysing sales data and using insights to drive business decisions. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other commercial reporting tools.
