We’re supporting a global beauty and personal care brand with a strong heritage and premium positioning as they recruit a German-speaking National Account Manager to join their regional commercial team. This role is all about owning and driving performance across DACH markets, with a particular focus on Amazon Germany and other strategic eCommerce and omnichannel accounts.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers in-region, building strong partnerships while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations teams to deliver best-in-class execution across all touchpoints.

  • Full ownership of day-to-day performance across key German and DACH region accounts
  • Build and execute tailored joint business plans that deliver brand and sales objectives
  • Use commercial data to identify opportunities and influence strategy
  • Ensure operational excellence through effective planning, reporting, and stakeholder management

Fluent German speaker with strong understanding of DACH retail or eCommerce markets. Proven experience in National Account Management, ideally in beauty, FMCG or premium consumer goods. Commercially savvy, data-driven and confident with digital sales environments.
