We're supporting a leading FMCG business in their search for a commercially minded Net Revenue Manager to join their UK team. This is a strategic and high-impact role that will play a key part in optimising pricing, promotional planning, and trade spend across all retail channels.
Reporting directly into the Commercial Director, you'll take ownership of pricing strategy and execution β partnering closely with finance, sales, marketing, and supply chain to drive margin, mix, and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities- Own and deliver the UK Net Revenue Management strategy across price, mix, and volume
- Lead the execution of NRM levers to deliver financial targets (NSV, RPC, and gross margin)
- Partner with Finance to develop and recommend pricing and promotion plans
- Identify opportunities in trade spend, promotional efficiency, and pricing harmonisation
- Deliver actionable insight to commercial teams across grocery, convenience, and ecommerce
- Introduce tools and frameworks that embed NRM into the wider commercial function
- Provide monthly analysis of pricing performance and ROI to improve decision-making
- Collaborate with Category, Brand, Customer Marketing, Supply Chain, and Global teams
- Experience in revenue management, pricing, trade investment, or commercial finance
- Strong analytical and Excel skills β able to draw insight from multiple data sources
- Confident working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, finance, and supply
- FMCG or retail experience is highly desirable
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail and strong commercial judgement
- Comfortable building business cases, reporting outcomes, and supporting key decisions
