Keen to be part of the engine behind one of the world’s most recognisable consumer brands? This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced team where you’ll make a real impact, support key projects, and help drive seamless operations behind the scenes. This is a 6-month FTC position.

The Role:

  • Prepare, update, and manage key project documentation, including plans, risk registers, and issue logs
  • Generate regular status updates and maintain project tracking systems
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on actions
  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed
  • Assist with budget monitoring, expense processing, and procurement activities
  • Act as a central point of contact for project teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers
  • Support onboarding processes and manage shared team inboxes
  • Ensure projects adhere to internal policies, procedures, and governance standards

About You:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Project or PMO Administration role, supporting multiple projects
  • Comfortable managing documentation, reporting, and tracking both progress and financials
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
  • Strong communicator, confident working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Solutions-focused with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience across the full project lifecycle, including maintaining core documentation
  • Able to promote and uphold strong project governance and best practices
  • Reliable, motivated, and a collaborative team player
