CONTRACT ROLE: 6 - 12 Months

A leading global premium drinks business is looking for an Operational Excellence Manager. This is a high-impact role supporting the Managing Director and senior leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, improve organisational effectiveness and enhance commercial execution across the region.

This role sits at the centre of the business, partnering closely with commercial, finance, supply chain and category teams to improve processes, strengthen planning capabilities and drive operational performance.

Provide analytical and operational support across key business workstreams.

  • Business Process & Transformation: Lead initiatives to improve planning, reporting and performance measurement across the region. Embed new business processes and ensure strong cross-functional adoption.
  • Commercial Operations: Partner with Sales, Finance and Marketing leaders to strengthen Sales & Business Planning processes. Improve commercial tools, reporting and execution standards across the organisation. Support the rollout and optimisation of commercial systems and trade investment processes. Act as a key link between commercial teams and the supply chain to ensure operational alignment.

Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline.

~4+ years' experience in FMCG or branded consumer products, ideally within commercial, strategy or finance roles.

~ Strong business acumen with exposure to P&L performance.

~ Proven experience delivering cross-functional projects or transformation initiatives.

This is a high-visibility position offering exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape how a leading drinks business operates across Northwest Europe. You'll play a key role in improving organisational performance while working in a dynamic and fast-moving consumer brand environment.
