We’re excited to be partnering again with Podkováň Brewery, which has been brewing traditional Czech lager in the heart of Bohemia for over 600 years. We’re looking for a bright, adaptable and commercially curious Business & Operations Coordinator to join the team and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business. This is a varied, hands-on role working closely with the Managing Director and wider team. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning quickly, taking ownership and understanding how a business works.
The Role:
- Managing Director support – diary management, meetings, reports, presentations and day-to-day coordination.
- Business & office administration – maintaining records, product information, systems and general commercial administration.
- Import, logistics & supply chain – coordinating shipments, deliveries and collections; liaising with warehouses, transport providers, breweries and customs brokers; tracking deliveries and handling relevant documentation.
- Commercial & sales support – preparing quotations and presentations, processing orders, supporting customers and maintaining our CRM and website.
- Events & trade support – helping coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, beer festivals and occasional pub activations.
- Finance administration – customer and supplier account reconciliation, invoicing support and working with external accountants.
- Research & projects – researching suppliers, competitors, products and markets, improving processes and systems, and supporting new business initiatives.
