Are you ready to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced Spirits operations environment? Advocate Group is proud to represent an innovative business within the whisky and spirits sector in their search for an Operations Coordinator to join their operations team on a 3-month fixed-term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and highly regarded business operating within the whisky industry. With a collaborative culture and a hands-on approach, the team is looking for an experienced operations professional who can quickly integrate into the business and provide valuable support during a busy period.
We are looking for a candidate who can make their mark and help ensure operational activities run smoothly across the business. Here’s how:
- Coordinate and support a range of day-to-day operational activities
- Facilitate cask movements and liaise with warehouse partners
- Support bottling operations and associated logistics processes
- Manage invoices, budgets and operational administration
- Coordinate facilities-related activities where required
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure priorities are delivered efficiently
- Maintain clear communication and keep projects progressing on schedule
- Support operational continuity during a period of increased business activity
About You:
- Previous experience within whisky, spirits, distilling or a similar operational environment
- Strong understanding of operations, supply chain and logistics processes
- Experience managing multiple operational activities simultaneously
- Comfortable working with warehouse, bottling and logistics teams
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator who asks questions and challenges constructively when required
- Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work independently
- Experience operating at Senior Coordinator, Operations Coordinator or Operations Facilitator level
