Would you like to join a globally recognised leader in the premium beauty and cosmetics industry, known for its iconic brands, innovation, and strong presence across both retail and digital channels? As the Online Trading Manager, this is a high-impact role responsible for driving online sales performance across key retail partners and pure play platforms. You will act as the link between brand, marketing, and retail accounts, ensuring a best-in-class digital experience while delivering against ambitious commercial targets. This is a 6-month FTC position.
The Role:
- Own and execute the online trading strategy across key e-commerce partners
- Drive sales through promotions, product visibility, and marketing alignment
- Build and manage relationships with major online retailers
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Manage forecasting, budgets, and P&L to maximise ROI
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and commercial teams
- Lead online campaigns, product launches, and promotional activity
- Oversee website performance and optimise key KPIs
About You:
- Proven experience in e-commerce, online trading, or digital marketing within a consumer or retail environment
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales and influence business decisions
- Experience managing key retail or pure play accounts
- Highly analytical, with strong Excel skills and experience using web analytics tools
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing P&L performance
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
