We're partnering with a successful international retail manufacturing business to recruit an Italian Speaking National Account Manager to take ownership of one of their most strategic customers β Amazon. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation where you'll play a key role in driving sales, developing commercial strategies and building long-term partnerships.
As National Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the Amazon account across the Italian market, ensuring continued growth through strong commercial planning, relationship management and data-driven decision making.
Working closely with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability.
- Manage and develop the Amazon account for the Italian market.
- Deliver sales growth through effective account planning and commercial strategy.
- Lead annual negotiations, promotional planning and joint business plans.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
- Forecast sales and manage budgets accurately.

Fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken) - essential.
Proven experience managing national retail or e-commerce accounts.
Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills.
Confident analysing sales data and using insights to drive business decisions.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other commercial reporting tools.
