Lead Amazon strategy for a global luxury consumer goods powerhouse. We are partnering with a world-renowned premium consumer goods group entering an exciting new phase of digital acceleration. With a portfolio recognised worldwide for quality, craftsmanship and heritage, the business is strengthening its Amazon Vendor capability and searching for a high-calibre National Account Manager to shape growth across Amazon.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile strategic customer within a globally admired brand house.
The Role- Own and lead the Amazon UK Vendor relationship, delivering best-in-class strategic and commercial management.
- Build data-led growth plans, driving AVS optimisation, profitability and operational efficiency.
- Shape the long-term Amazon roadmap across content, search, supply chain, AMS/AMP, availability and promotional execution.
- Partner cross-functionally with digital, supply chain, marketing and finance to deliver seamless end-to-end execution.
- Analyse commercial performance using Amazon Retail Analytics and broader e-commerce insight tools to unlock growth opportunities.
- Represent the business as an Amazon expert—bringing proactive recommendations, competitive benchmarking and marketplace knowledge.
- Proven experience managing Amazon Vendor (AVS) at NAM / SNAM level within FMCG, consumer goods, electronics, premium lifestyle, luxury, or adjacent categories.
- Must hold professional fluency in either French, Italian or German.
- Confident across commercial levers: trade terms, JBP ownership, forecasting, profitability and content optimisation.
- Highly analytical with strong command of ARA, data dashboards and Amazon performance metrics.
- Collaborative operator comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and working cross-functionally.
- Thrive in a premium, high-standards environment where detail, brand equity and execution excellence matter.
