As a Junior Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing creative concepts to life across digital, print, and experiential brand touchpoints. Working closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams, you’ll help deliver high-quality visual assets that align with brand guidelines and elevate the customer experience.
You’ll manage design projects from initial concept through to final delivery, balancing creativity with strong attention to detail and time management. Your work will span packaging, labels, marketing materials, and event collateral, with opportunities to collaborate with printers, suppliers, and logistics teams to ensure flawless execution.
This role is ideal for a proactive designer with 1–2 years of experience who has strong design fundamentals and is keen to grow within a dynamic, in-house creative team.
Key responsibilities- Design creative assets across digital, print, and brand touchpoints
- Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional stakeholders to understand briefs and deliver best-in-class outcomes
- Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines for a consistent visual identity
- Manage projects from ideation to final delivery, prioritising workload effectively
- Develop visual concepts and produce print-ready artwork for labels, packaging, and marketing collateral
- Liaise with printers, event organisers, and supply chain partners to achieve the required final output
- Contribute creative ideas that push boundaries and enhance overall team output
- Assist with marketing materials, image editing, and preparation of final files for print and web
- Amend and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback
- Create mock-ups for digital, print, and experiential projects
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices
- 1–2 years’ professional design experience, either in-house or agency-side
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
- Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
- Good knowledge of print processes, including treatments such as embossing and foiling
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A creative mindset with a genuine passion for design and learning
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Design & Media, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience with a strong portfolio
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI design and HTML/CSS is advantageous but not essential
