We're partnering with a vibrant food & drink business that's home to some of the UK's best-loved sauces, spices, and seasonings — and they're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Brand Manager to join their growing team.

You won't just be supporting campaigns — you'll be shaping them. From digital activations to product launches, trade events to market research, you'll have the chance to get involved in every part of the marketing mix. This is a brand team that values creativity, fresh thinking, and collaboration. You'll work closely with experienced Brand Managers, gaining genuine hands-on experience while helping to drive category growth and brand love across the UK.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive brand growth by supporting exciting launches, packaging updates, promotions, and keeping close to consumer and competitor trends.
  • Bring campaigns to life by coordinating digital, shopper, and trade activity, managing agencies, budgets, timelines, and ensuring brand consistency everywhere.
  • Own the day-to-day digital presence, supporting social content, website updates, community management, and handling consumer queries with technical teams.
  • Turn insight into action through market research, performance tracking, and clear reporting to inform decisions and inspire senior leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, NPD, Finance, and external partners to deliver events, trade shows, and projects seamlessly.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Marketing, Business or similar.
  • 1–2 years' experience in marketing or brand support, ideally FMCG.
  • Someone analytical, organised, and proactive.
  • A confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
  • A creative thinker who brings ideas and energy to the table.
  • A genuine passion for food and consumer culture.
