Operating across multiple international markets, this organisation is a recognised name within the FMCG sector and continues to invest heavily in growth, innovation, and operational excellence across the EMEA region.

The business is now looking to appoint a strategic and commercially minded quality leader to oversee regional quality control operations and support the ongoing development of technical standards, compliance, and performance across a complex supply network.

Strong background within Quality, Technical, or Laboratory functions. Previous leadership experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environment. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Commercially aware with the ability to balance quality and business priorities. Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Degree qualified within a scientific or technical discipline preferred.
