The Role:
- We are looking for a senior marketing leader who can set the strategic direction for the brand while delivering outstanding in-market performance.
- Own the UK & Ireland brand strategy, portfolio direction and activation plans
- Full P&L accountability, including A&P investment and commercial performance
- Lead annual marketing planning and delivery against growth, share and penetration targets
- Drive integrated communications across all consumer touchpoints
- Shape innovation and renovation pipelines to fuel future growth
- Act as a senior leader within cross-functional categories and leadership forums
- Build, coach and inspire a high-performing marketing team
About You:
- Proven senior marketing leadership experience within branded beverages (essential)
- Strong track record of brand building and P&L ownership
- Experience leading complex portfolios across innovation, renovation and activation
- Commercially minded, able to balance long-term strategy with short-term delivery
- Influential stakeholder manager with gravitas at the leadership level
- Passionate people leader who thrives in fast-paced, matrix organisations
