The Role
- Coordinate end-to-end order fulfilment, including shipping, invoicing, and export documentation across the UK, EU and Globally.
- Manage stock movements and inventory accuracy across warehouses and locations.
- Liaise with third-party hauliers, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Support customer and distributor enquiries, resolving delivery or stock issues efficiently.
- Produce stock reports and support pricing and sample coordination.
- Assist with logistics for events, tastings, and trade shows.
About You
- Experienced in logistics, operations, or supply chain coordination.
- Proven experience with export, and import knowledge desirable.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and numerate.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- FMCG or drinks industry experience preferred.
