Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth through accurate demand planning? We are partnered with a global beverage brand on the hunt for a Demand Planning Manager! Reporting to the Director of Planning & Supply, you will lead the Demand Planning team, working cross-functionally to ensure forecast accuracy, optimize volume planning, and enhance the Monthly S&OP process. Your insights will directly influence business decisions, driving performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate the S&OP process, ensuring alignment across sales, operations, and customers.
- Line manage a team of demand planners, fostering development and high performance.
- Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and on-time delivery performance.
- Develop and implement demand planning KPIs, root cause analysis, and performance monitoring tools.
- Support executive reviews with clear reporting on forecast accuracy, inventory, and operational KPIs.
- Lead demand planning system projects (SAP APO/ECC, BI) and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance planning efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills & Experience
- 8+ years in FMCG, with a minimum of 6 years in a Demand Planning / S&OP role.
- Proven experience implementing demand planning KPIs and S&OP processes.
- Strong SAP (APO/ECC) and BI experience.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated success in project/change management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
- Flexible with working hours to accommodate different time zones.
