They are now looking for a Customer Marketing Manager – Global Travel Retail to join the team on a 12-month fixed‑term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead customer marketing activations across some of the world's largest travel retail partners, driving shopper engagement, premium execution and commercial growth across a truly global channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver customer marketing plans that align global brand strategies with customer objectives across Global Travel Retail.
  • Create best‑in‑class shopper activations that drive visibility, conversion and category growth across key airport retail partners.
  • Partner closely with Key Account Managers, Brand Marketing and Regional teams to bring customer plans to life across priority markets.
  • Manage customer marketing budgets, ensuring investment is forecast, tracked and optimised to maximise commercial return.
  • Use shopper, customer and category insights to identify opportunities and shape future activation strategies.
  • Measure campaign performance, evaluate ROI and implement learnings to continuously improve future activity.

About You

  • Experience within Customer, Trade or Shopper Marketing, with Global Travel Retail experience within FMCG.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing marketing investment and measuring campaign ROI.
  • Proven ability to develop customer-focused activation plans that deliver commercial results.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence internal teams, customers and external partners.
  • Highly organised, collaborative and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced, international environment.
