We’re partnering with a global personal care business on a broader strategic Marketing transformation and are seeking a Consumer Engagement Manager to help drive brand engagement across digital, social and consumer touchpoints. This position will play a key role in shaping integrated consumer campaigns, supporting engagement strategies and delivering culturally relevant activations across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of consumer engagement and campaign activation plans
  • Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, ecommerce and experiential channels
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and agencies to execute brand activity
  • Support content planning, amplification and campaign rollout across owned and paid channels
  • Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics to optimise activity
  • Identify emerging digital and cultural trends relevant to the brand audience
  • Coordinate launch moments, partnerships and consumer-facing activations

Requirements

  • Experience within Consumer Engagement, Integrated Marketing or Brand Activation
  • Strong digital and social marketing understanding
  • Experience working across multi-channel campaigns and content ecosystems
  • Confident managing stakeholders, timelines and external partners
  • Commercially aware with a consumer-first mindset
  • Background within beauty, lifestyle, FMCG or consumer sectors is advantageous
