This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong change management expertise with a solid understanding of marketing operations and processes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to support the implementation of a new marketing operating model, helping teams adopt new governance structures, processes, and responsibilities across a complex international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of new marketing processes, governance frameworks, and operating models
  • Conduct change impact assessments and identify risks, dependencies, and adoption challenges
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple marketing functions
  • Develop and deliver communications that support engagement, understanding, and adoption of change
  • Analyse training requirements and contribute to the creation of learning and capability-building plans
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather requirements, validate processes, and drive alignment

  • Track progress, gather feedback, and support continuous improvement throughout the transformation journey
  • Act as a trusted partner to project teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation

About You

  • Background in marketing, consulting, transformation, or organisational change
  • Strong understanding of marketing functions and associated processes, including areas such as: Product, Trade, Consumer, Comms & PR, eCommerce, Digital
  • Experience conducting impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications planning, and training needs analysis
  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of deliverables
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong facilitation and workshop management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Collaborative, proactive, and delivery-focused approach

Preferred Experience

  • Experience within FMCG, beauty, retail, or consumer-focused organisations
  • Consulting experience gained within a recognised consultancy or transformation environment
  • Exposure to large-scale organisational or functional transformation programmes
