This is a hands-on, high-visibility field role where no two days look the same. You’ll be out in trade, building relationships, activating brands, and driving real commercial impact at store level.

The Role – What You’ll Be Doing- Building strong relationships with independent retailers across Central London.
- Executing in-store brand activations and promotional activity.
- Driving distribution, visibility, and merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Acquiring new independent retailers aligned to the target store profile.
- Managing and deploying POS and promotional materials.
- Supporting and working closely with a distribution partner in the market.
- Coaching and engaging distributor staff to deliver best-in-class execution.
- Capturing high-quality market insight and feeding this back to the wider business.
- Completing activity reporting accurately and on time, in line with company policy.
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and genuinely motivated to build a career in field sales.
