Are you an Accounts Payable Pro? Do you have a passion for leading your team from the front? We’re supporting an incredible, global FMCG brand to find their next AP Supervisor and it could be yours! This is a key leadership role within a fast-paced, transformation-led finance environment.
The successful candidate will take ownership of a team within Accounts Payable, supporting both operational delivery and ongoing process and systems change across the EMEA region. You will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–5 Accounts Payable professionals
- Act as the primary escalation point for AP-related queries and issue resolution
- Oversee high-volume invoice processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Manage daily workflows, including review of parked and queried invoices
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Support month-end close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations
- Contribute to cash flow forecasting and supplier management
