We're partnering with an exciting global consumer brand to recruit an Accounts Payable Clerk into their growing finance team for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing supplier invoices accurately and within agreed timelines
- Supporting supplier account maintenance and data administration
- Managing invoice approvals, coding and supporting documentation
- Responding to supplier and internal stakeholder queries
- Assisting with employee expenses processing
- Supporting payment runs and account reconciliations
- Assisting with month-end activities and reporting requirements
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal controls
- Monitoring workflow queues and resolving invoice processing issues
- Supporting process improvement initiatives within the finance function
About You
- Previous experience within an Accounts Payable, Purchase Ledger or Finance Assistant role
- Experience working in a high-volume transactional finance environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders
- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience using an ERP system such as SAP would be advantageous
- Exposure to expenses processing would be beneficial
- Positive, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop
