Are you friendly, organised and confident in a front-of-house role? We’re looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to be the face of our client’s office in Central Liverpool. This is a 4 week temp role (possibility for extension), perfect for someone who enjoys meeting people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering an excellent first impression.
Working Hours:
- Tuesday – 8 hours (8:00am–5:00pm or 9:00am–6:00pm)
- Thursday – 10:00am–2:00pm
- Friday – 10:00am–2:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Greeting guests and ensuring a professional welcome
- Responding to enquiries in person and over the phone
- Managing incoming post and parcel deliveries
- Issuing visitor passes
- Issuing car park exit passes
