Legal Counsel – Supply Chain & Commercial

West London

Hybrid 2-3 Days in Office

A leading global FMCG business, recognised as one of the most prominent and fastest-growing brands within its category, is continuing to scale. Operating in over 140 countries, the business is built on bold commercial strategy, strong global partnerships and a high-performance culture, supported by an established in-house legal function.

An opportunity has arisen for a Legal Counsel – Supply Chain & Commercial to join the EMEA legal team based in London. This is a key hire for the business, offering the chance to work closely with operational and commercial teams across the region.

The Opportunity

Working within a collaborative and high-calibre legal team, you will advise on a broad mix of commercial and operational agreements across 45 EMEA countries.

Approximately 50% of the role will focus on supply chain and operations contracts, including manufacturing, logistics and procurement. The remainder will cover a wide range of general commercial agreements across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and negotiating manufacturing, bottling and production agreements with key partners
  • Managing contracts relating to warehousing, 3PL providers and logistics operations
  • Supporting agreements across procurement and ingredient supply
  • Advising on general commercial contracts including IT software licences, services agreements and facilities-related contracts
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to provide commercially pragmatic legal advice
  • Supporting business teams on legal and compliance considerations linked to operational strategy
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the EMEA legal function and global legal teams
  • This role offers strong breadth and exposure, making it well suited to a lawyer who enjoys working closely with operational and commercial teams in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 8 years PQE with strong experience in commercial contracts
  • Background ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, distribution or product-led businesses
  • Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
  • Exposure to supply chain, manufacturing or logistics agreements
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
