  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, from small updates to major product launches.
  • Oversee rebranding, packaging, and in-store testing.
  • Deliver private label projects in collaboration with key customers.
  • Prioritise projects and influence business stakeholders to achieve results.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and settle internal challenges to keep delivery on track.
  • Lead and develop a team, raising capability and strengthening skills.

About You:

  • Strong NPD project management experience within FMCG
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, fast-moving projects.
  • Confident in supplier and customer negotiations, including private label work.
  • Highly organised, detail-driven, and solutions-focused.
  • Previous people leadership experience with ambition to grow further.
  • ERP knowledge
  • Thrives in an SME environment where you can wear many hats.
