Are you a commercially driven leader with a track record of building high-impact customer strategies and delivering sustained growth? This is your chance to shape the future of key grocery partnerships—Co-op and Morrisons—within one of the most dynamic and iconic brands in the FMCG world.

If you’re ready to lead from the front and drive the strategic agenda for two major UK customers, we want to hear from you.

Position Overview

As Key Account Director – Grocery, you’ll be the driving force behind Monster Energy’s performance in two of the UK’s most strategic customers—Co-op and Morrisons. You’ll lead the end-to-end commercial strategy, working hand-in-hand with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) to unlock profitable growth, deliver best-in-class activation, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in the energy category. This is a high-impact, externally facing leadership role with full accountability for market share, revenue, volume and customer relationship management. You’ll bring influence, energy, and sharp commercial instinct to steer joint business plans, shape innovation agendas, and lead cross-functional delivery. You’ll also play a key role within the broader Monster commercial team—championing insight-led decision-making and contributing to strategic projects beyond your immediate remit.

  • Sharp trading and commercial acumen, with the ability to lead complex negotiations and shape long-range plans.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working seamlessly with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to analyse performance, spot opportunity, and translate insight into action.
  • Gravitas and influence—confident presenting at senior level and building trusted relationships across functions.
  • A passion to win, and the energy to inspire those around you to deliver against bold growth targets.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving category.
  • A track record of owning the numbers and delivering performance across availability, share, revenue and volume.
