Are you a hands-on integration specialist with experience delivering HRIS-to-enterprise system integrations in global environments? Monster Energy is on the lookout for an Integration Consultant to join their EMEA transformation team. This is a business-critical role in delivering seamless system connectivity and performance as they implement SuccessFactors across the region.

Their EMEA HQ in London is driving a major HRIS transformation and your expertise is needed at the core of it.
The Role
Working alongside internal IT teams and global consultants, you’ll take ownership of integration delivery, ensuring clean data flow between SuccessFactors, SAP ERP, payroll, Azure, and ServiceNow. You’ll be the go-to technical lead for design, configuration, and post-go-live optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver integrations for SAP SuccessFactors and connected platforms
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and external vendors on the end-to-end integration lifecycle
- Manage system testing, resolve data flow issues, and document technical specs
- Configure APIs, middleware tools, and ensure alignment with architecture standards
- Provide knowledge transfer and support handover to BAU
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with enterprise systems
- Strong knowledge of SAP BTP, PI/PO, Integration Suite, Azure, and ServiceNow
- Proficient with APIs, SOAP, REST, OData, and data mapping techniques
- Confident working in high-speed project environments with global stakeholders
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate with non-technical users
