Location: South East; Home-based / Regional
The Advocate Group is working in partnership with a major national provider within the Healthcare industry. We are leading the search for a crucial role that will support the continued development and growth of the business in the South East region. The role of HR Business Partner will provide high-quality and commercial HR partnering to business leaders to ensure the successful delivery of strategic people outcomes. In addition, you will provide coaching and support to managers on all parts of the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and selection by liaising with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to ensure that vacancies are filled in a timely manner with high calibre candidates.
- Support recruitment campaigns; job fairs; apprenticeship programs; and general networking to ensure a robust candidate pipeline.
- Facilitate and support candidate selection processes, including job evaluation, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and deliver engagement and communication plans which drive engagement, including the annual staff engagement survey.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide day-to-day coaching to the regional and site leadership teams on various issues such as employee relations, policy interpretation, talent management, and organizational design.
- Act as a change agent—building capacity to embrace and capitalize on change initiatives, focusing on company values and behaviors, creating high-performing teams, streamlining processes, and automation.
- Lead and support the implementation of HR strategic initiatives aligned with business goals and company strategy.
Your profile
- Demonstrable experience within a generalist HR role (10+ years)
- Experience providing complex employee relations support and advice to managers
- Strong experience across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability to promote and embed equality and diversity as an integral part of work
