We’re looking for a detail-driven, systems-savvy HR Advisor to join our global business on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity to work as part of a friendly and collaborative HR team, delivering a broad range of HR advisory support with a strong focus on admin, employee lifecycle, recruitment, and some employee relations.

With hybrid working and the chance to contribute to interesting projects once the core workload is under control, this is a role that will suit someone who thrives in a structured, hands-on HR environment and enjoys being a reliable point of contact for managers and employees alike.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as a key support to the HRBP and wider people team in all things HR advisory
  • Owning and delivering end-to-end recruitment support — from raising requisitions to onboarding, following process and maintaining high attention to detail
  • Managing the employee lifecycle: contracts, onboarding, parental leave, probation, exit processes
  • Handling day-to-day HR admin, working with internal systems and managing people data
  • Supporting with semi-complex ER cases (performance, absence, etc.) – often working alongside the HRBP
  • Helping to track and manage important employee milestones, proactively keeping things moving
  • Potential to get involved in HR projects once you’re up to speed

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid HR Advisor or Senior HR Admin experience – ideally in a structured or regulated environment
  • Strong recruitment experience with a passion for process and following things through properly
  • Comfortable navigating HR systems and admin – you’ll need to enjoy structure and routine, especially in the first couple of months
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of initiative – someone who notices what’s coming up and acts on it
  • Able to handle employee relations issues in partnership with the HRBP
  • Familiar with typical employee policies
  • Clear communicator, employee- and customer-focused, with a naturally collaborative style

If you’re ready to make an impact in a business that values expertise, innovation and agility, we’d love to hear from you.
