The Role:

We are looking for a senior marketing leader who can set the strategic direction for the brand while delivering outstanding in-market performance.

• Own the UK & Ireland brand strategy, portfolio direction and activation plans
• Full P&L accountability, including A&P investment and commercial performance
• Lead annual marketing planning and delivery against growth, share and penetration targets
• Drive integrated communications across all consumer touchpoints
• Shape innovation and renovation pipelines to fuel future growth
• Act as a senior leader within cross-functional categories and leadership forums
• Build, coach and inspire a high-performing marketing team

About You:

• Proven senior marketing leadership experience within branded beverages (essential)
• Strong track record of brand building and P&L ownership
• Experience leading complex portfolios across innovation, renovation and activation
• Commercially minded, able to balance long-term strategy with short-term delivery
• Influential stakeholder manager with gravitas at the leadership level
• Passionate people leader who thrives in fast-paced, matrix organisations
