The Role

Reporting into the Ecommerce leadership team, you’ll support across email marketing, CRM, and customer lifecycle activity. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be involved in everything from building campaigns to analysing performance and optimising customer journeys. You’ll play a key part in helping the business grow its customer base, engagement levels, and lifetime value, ensuring communications are relevant, personalised, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the planning, build, and deployment of email marketing campaigns
  • Creating and maintaining email templates aligned to best practice
  • Running A/B tests to optimise open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
  • Supporting CRM activity including segmentation, personalisation, and targeting
  • Assisting with automated flows, triggered campaigns, and customer journeys
  • Supporting initiatives to grow the email database and membership base
  • Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Working closely with customer services to support satisfaction and retention
  • Maintaining the ecommerce marketing calendar and campaign plans
