Advocate Group is recruiting an HR Generalist to provide short-term cover at their busy North Essex site. This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to hit the ground running and deliver practical HR support from day one.
The assignment is approximately three months, during which you’ll be the main HR contact for employees and managers, handling employee relations, payroll queries, HR administration, and training support to ensure a consistent, professional HR service on site.
