As the Senior Activation Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of driving online sales growth, delivering impactful marketing campaigns and optimising the customer journey to maximise conversion and revenue.

The Role

  • Develop and execute the annual DTC activation plan.
  • Lead the paid media strategy across Meta and Google platforms, managing agency relationships and campaign performance.
  • Translate annual strategies into monthly activation calendars that support key trading periods and sales goals.
  • Build seamless acquisition-to-conversion journeys, working closely with the CRM Manager to maximise customer acquisition and retention.
  • Leverage first-party customer data to improve targeting, optimise campaign effectiveness, and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Create creative briefs and work with content teams to develop high-performing acquisition and conversion assets.
  • Own DTC performance reporting, monitoring key eCommerce metrics.
  • Manage catalogue setup and maintenance across multiple ecommerce storefronts, including SKU creation, cart rules, and merchandising.
  • Partner with Brand teams to deliver compelling merchandising plans and optimise the online customer experience.

About You:

  • 4+ years' experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or direct-to-consumer sales.
  • A proven track record of delivering revenue growth through digital channels.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing paid media across Meta and Google platforms.
  • Experience working with and managing external paid media agencies.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into commercial actions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with Magento or similar eCommerce platforms.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
