We’re looking for a driven, dynamic, and highly organised marketing leader who thrives on challenge and knows how to energise a team. As our Scotland Marketing Lead, you’ll take full ownership of Monster Energy’s marketing presence across the region—bringing the brand to life through events, partnerships, and unforgettable consumer experiences.
This is a full-time role requiring occasional weekend and late-night work, managing a team of Monster Ambassador Team/event staff and working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Build and grow a loyal fanbase by developing and activating a high-impact local events and marketing programme across Scotland.
- Leverage media, social media, scene partners, and grassroots initiatives to elevate brand presence.
- Lead Scotland’s Monster Ambassador Team programme, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Deliver high-energy, best-in-class brand experiences across major and local events throughout the year.
- Take responsibility for all on-site activations across Scotland, ensuring flawless execution.
- Manage Scotland’s scene partner programme, nurturing relationships that amplify brand impact.
- Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure all events are fully staffed and teams are properly briefed.
- Attend the majority of Scotland-based events as agreed with the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Provide accurate reporting on regional marketing activity in line with company guidelines.
- Support occasional marketing activity outside Scotland when required.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-driven.
- Excellent communicator with strong people-management skills.
- Confident working independently and under pressure.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel for presenting marketing plans, sampling strategies, reporting and communication plans.
- Full driving licence.
- Marketing experience within sports or core media industries is highly desirable.
- Happy to travel (including some international travel).
