The Advocate Group is proud to be partnering with Monster Energy to recruit an HR Generalist into their EMEA HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised, high-growth brand and play a key role in supporting a diverse, international workforce.

As an HR Generalist, you’ll provide hands-on, end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle, partnering closely with managers and employees across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Senior HR Operations Manager, you’ll advise on a broad range of HR matters including recruitment, employee relations, policy, compliance and HR projects.
Key responsibilities:- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle and supporting hiring managers with effective hiring decisions
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes in line with company policy and local legislation
- Advising managers and employees on performance, engagement and day-to-day people matters
- Leading employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations and redundancies
- Managing leave of absence processes and liaising with internal and external providers
- Ensuring compliance with local employment law across EMEA and consistent application of HR policies
- Supporting visa, sponsorship and international transfer processes where required
- Maintaining accurate HR data across systems including SAP SuccessFactors
- Contributing to HR projects, policy development and continuous process improvement
- Proven experience in a broad HR Generalist role, ideally within a fast-paced or international environment
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment legislation
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident, professional communicator with a collaborative approach
- Comfortable working with HR systems and data
- CIPD Level 7 qualified or working towards completion (preferred)
