Monster Energy – the brand that’s redefining the energy drinks category – is looking for a dynamic Field Sales Operations Manager to join our EMEA Commercial West – GB team. This is no ordinary sales ops role. As a senior leader within our Field Sales Leadership Team, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of our field function – ensuring our team, systems, and tools are running at peak performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the development, optimisation and delivery of operational processes that power our field sales success.
- Managing tools, trade assets, incentives, fleet, and everything else that helps the field team thrive.
- Collaborating across the Monster ecosystem: Marketing, Finance, Legal, Business Development and our bottling partner Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.
- Acting as the go-to for innovation, process transformation and strategic field capability.
- Driving performance insights, process compliance and engagement across the full sales structure.
