Role Overview:
Our client is looking for a proactive and driven Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and become an integral part of the commercial team. This is not just about managing diaries or booking meetings — we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is eager to take on key commercial tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior leadership by managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
- Prepare and manage PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and Word documents, showcasing your ability to handle various commercial tasks.
- Assist in coordinating events and conferences, ensuring everything runs smoothly, including logistics and catering.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and track actions to ensure follow-through on key commercial objectives.
- Proactively manage various projects and research assignments to support the leadership team.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and attention to detail.

About You:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a fast-moving environment such as FMCG, or supporting C-Suite executives.
- You’re highly proficient with MS Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and capable of handling complex tasks.
- You’re a proactive problem solver who enjoys managing your own projects and taking initiative.
- You thrive in a high-pressure environment and can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to engage with decision-makers at all levels.
